"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

"I was WOWED by every aspect of our project. I called on Sunday, expecting to just leave a message but got a human voice. Angie was so helpful in answering my questions. She scheduled weds. for replacement of my water heater but because of a cancellation she got them to come on Monday. Both Juan and William Came in and went to work. Got the job done in a couple hours . I didn't have to deal with the old water heater. I was very happy with their work and they were very patient with my questions. "I stared to look for a plumber after I found water under my water heater. I jumped on Angi and posted my issue. With in minutes....Art messaged me and said he can be her 1st thing in the morning. BTW. This was 10pm at night. His quick response was a plus for me. I had one other respond but he over extended himself to my need. He came at 7amd and said....you need a new water heater. I can got get one and install it now. I was a bit reluctant and he said call me when your ready and left. My wife said his prices looked fair and he seemed like a good plumber. I called him back and said lets dance. He was back at my home in a hour and 1/2...and started the work. He protected my carpet and placed plastic on it. He warned my that maybe the cost might go up due to the age of the pipes and valves. He had the old one out and the new one in an an hour or so. He was quick, clean and polite. "I've been using Make It Drain for years. The first time I called Make It Drain was after reading a ton of positivity about their service from my neighbors on the Next Door app and I was not disappointed. My call was returned quickly, Marc and his colleague Ean showed up on time for a Friday afternoon appointment to inspect my hard-to-find-parts-for leaky bathtub faucet. After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Talk about an upstanding business! And to top it off, they even helped clean up the flood in my bathroom when my stupid brother turned the main water back on while they were in the middle of the repair. (Oy.) I've since used them to replace a fancy kitchen faucet and service my tankless water heater. They are always on time and professional, clean up any mess made and have very fair prices."
