"Mike's HVAC was a pleasure to do business with , I contacted Mike after getting two other estimates and was given a very completive quote from Mike and after talking to him and seeing he was not reading from a script and actually did the work himself and his knowledge was vast in the HVAC business we decided to contract Mike . Mike kept me informed on the ordering and install time and he was on time with all the materials he needed to complete the job, Mike and his crew had to dig out the area of garden to access the craw space and when the job was completed everything was put back in place and cleaned up as before they started . After the insulation which was less time than I had expected Mike installed the thermostat and gave us a walkthrough on how to operate the system . I highly recommend Mike's HVAC ,Mike helped us find the right system for our home and Mike stands behind his workmanship with a 10 year warranty GREAT SERVICE !!!! "We secured bids from several plumbers.  Sussex Plumbing provided the most detailed estimate at a competitive price.  We selected Sussex for this work. <br> <br>This was a very large project and had an additional challenge because some of the pipes were cast into the slab foundation of the house.   Routing the new pipe through the old pipe under the slab was not a good option, because it would significantly constrict the diameter of the pipes and water pressure,  Plus it there was a problem with these pipes they would not be accessible.  We agreed to reroute the pipes inconspicuously in kitchen facia and the ceiling.    <br> <br>Sussex completed this large scope of work on time as scheduled.  We are very pleased with their work which was very neat and included helpful notes to help should the pipes need to be accessed as a later date.   Finally on their recommendation we replaced the water heater with a 'low boy' unit which saved a lot of space in our utility closet.  "
