"Scott from Contemporary Refinishing came out to refinish our tub from a nasty looking brown color to sparkling white. He came on time, was very courteous, and explained the entire process.  He also gave me tips and tricks with caring for the tub in the future.  He layed down drop cloths through the house and taped off the bathroom very neatly.  Finally, Scott finished on time and cleaned up as if he was never there."

"I Asked Angie's List for help in finding a provider that could replace 4 damaged kitchen tiles.  They provided me 3 names and after reviewing reports I decided to try Tub Company.  I sent email with pics of the tile and in a day or two received a call from Jeff, the owner.  I explained I had replacement tiles and original grout. He asked a few questions but felt the pics provided enough info to give a bid over the phone.  I agreed and we set up an appointment.  Eli showed up.  He was very professional and courteous.  He did state the repair would kick up a lot of dust as grout would have to be cut with grinder.  Jeff had already alerted me to that over the phone.  Importantly I did express my concern about limiting the dust as best as possible.  Eli really did do a good job of sealing off the area as best as he could with plastic.  He also covered the kitchen cabinets, opened window and placed a fan in it to draw as much as possible outside.  He also used a grinder that had some sort of vacuum to draw as much of the dust as he could. Eli replaced three of the tiles and was able to patch a small chip in one tile so it did not need replacing, thereby saving me one of the few replacement tiles I had left in case I need a future repair.  Can't tell where chip was.  Good match. He set the tile and then let it sit overnight to get a good seal.  He then came back next morning and grouted.
I can't believe how much better the flooring looks in the kitchen.  I guess we just tolerated the cracked tiles and got used to it. My wife and I are very pleased with the job Tub Company did.

"Discouraged in my search for someone to remodel my bathroom, I stopped by the Re-bath facility in Fenton to ask questions. Angie met me at the door and was very pleasant while she explained the process and the product - no high pressure at all. Impressed by what I saw and heard, I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate. Linda was my design consultant. She showed up on time and brought all of her samples with her. We had a great time picking out my products (shower/bath, vanity, countertop, flooring, hardware). Linda had fantastic ideas for my space, and measured accurately. A few days later my product was ordered and approximately 4 to 6 weeks later Angie called with an install date. Brendan was my installer. He showed up on time, was very friendly, organized, detailed and neat. He completed the project in 2 1/2 days. He explained the process as he went and made sure I understood how to properly care for my product. He also communicated very well the timeframe of the process as he proceeded. The finished product exceeded my expectations and as a result, I scheduled an appointment with Linda for my second bathroom remodel. Linda did a great job of coordinating the two bathrooms. We selected the same products, but with a variation of colors. Again, Brendan was my installer and did an amazing job. And mind you he had to carry my product up three flights of stairs! If you are considering a bathroom remodel, I encourage you to consider Re-bath. They are professionals that are comparably priced and offer long-term warranties."

"What an outstanding experience with Signature Kitchen and Bath in Rockhill, MO.  Jennifer Lewis designed the bathroom of our dreams with absolute attention to detail.  She skillfully utilized her design expertise to create a wonderful space within budget.  Remodeling is inherently stressful but this process was made much easier with Jennifer. She considers each design element with its effect on the whole plan.  She is able to skillfully steer the client away from trendy or faulty design idea. I can say it was never about Jennifer?s taste but always about our design, our budget, and our dream.  It was never just about the surface space but the delivery of a bathroom which has a place for everything.  The configurations of the shower ended up being exactly as we imagined but could not have achieved with a less patient designer.  Jennifer  often outlines  alternative choices  without being asked.  She is highly adept at understanding what is being asked of her.  She is perfectionist who insists that every detail go according to plan.  Her communication skills are outstanding. 
To complete the project  Signature works with Stan M and his assistant Calvin.  Each detail of the plan was followed.  Most importantly Stan M.  is  able to anticipate any problem that may arise and either work around it or come up with a new plan. The work is top notch with no shortcuts.  We had a particular radiator that presented a problem and Stan perfectly tiled around the space so that the radiator disappeared into the wall. He detailed a cabinet in a similar fashion.  In other words, Signature Kitchen and Bath does not do a quick fix but rather a detailed and properly executed bathroom design.  With Stan?s outstanding carpentry skills we went from a dilapidated and dated bathroom into an entire new space. 
 When Signature ran into a major problem with the floor both Stan M and Signature absorbed the cost without attempting to pass it on to us.  Stan and Calvin are both very quiet and easy to have in the home which is wonderful because you spend time together.   
Planning and designing a bathroom can be a daunting experience.  It requires patience and considerable time however, the end result is very much worth our commitment. We are so happy with all of the ways this bathroom allows us to continue living in our house and the beauty it adds.

"My service was scheduled to begin 19 Mar...but noone showed-up! I called Richard's phone, & within an hour his daughter called to say that he was in the hospital, with 2 severly compromised vertabrae! I figured I'd need to find a new painter...  but the man actually showed-up on Wed....and started the project! (Having a previous back & neck injury, myself, I can say for certain that he had to be HURTING!)  He encountered a few unexpected problems with the ceiling...(a chunk fell out on him, complete w/old dead hornets!) but he repaired it @ a reasonable rate. The ceiling lights I'd selected didn't fit the holes from the old ones, but he quickly compensated for that .All the repairs were superb!...you can't tell any difference in the "fixed-spots" & the rest of the ceiling! When I pointed-out something that looked a bit "off" to me, he went to great pains to fix it, & as a result it all looks great!  
   Considering he was in a lot of pain, I still think he did the work in a reasonable amount of time....Plus, he charged a fair price, & did great work!!  I am totally happy with my "new" living room!  
   Several days later, I asked Richard to assemble a large workbench for me; he picked up the boxed-parts @ my house...then brought back the finished piece a few days later...again: great job. He is reliable & does great work...I would like him to do several more projects for me."
