"LCA made an emergency call from Dayton NV to Reno NV on the Saturday after Black Friday. They were the first to respond to the request for service. The communication was excellent to keep me informed when LCA could get to me. On time and fixed the problem in an hour. I would recommend them. P.S., I've submitted two other reviews for LCA Plumbing and Heating concerning the same service call, I don't know if they were posted by Home Advisor or not."

One thing I really appreciated was that he discovered that the unit that was installed by the builder was larger than I needed, and therefore was not running efficiently. He explained to me in a way I could understand what the difference was in the sizes and why a smaller unit was actually better for my house.
