"We had a new gas furnace installed by RothHome. The install was really well done. It was an all day job. Workers were just great and I was able to ask questions about the installation. We had an air conditioner put it at same time the furnace was installed. After using the air conditioner for the summer we had our routine checkup for furnace and air conditioner. The worker that worked on our checkup noticed that the wiring looked like it melted the plastic at the terminal. He went back to the office and alerted the management of what he found. They came right out that day and rewired the condtioner. This company is really on top of things and no charge to fix the problem. I want to say the technician that found the problem was amazing to find this problem before it could have been worse. I need to mention his name as I was so impressed with his knowledge. "I asked Davis Lock to rekey a lock while I waited. The guy quoted me $25 and proceeded to change the lock. He finished qucikly in less than 5 minutes, and proceeded to charge me $25. I took out my credit card and the price was $25.88. I said what is up with that? He told me Squre-D the company they used to process credit cards charges a fee. I proceeded to pull out my debit card and he said they are not setup to take debit. I then proceeded to pull out $25 cash, and he said they are not setup for cash. There was no way to pay the quoted price of $25, so yeah FRAUD."

"This place is run like an old fashioned family business with humans who want to be helpful. The torsion spring on our garage door broke so I made an appointment to have it replaced the next day. Unfortunately, we found that the door was effectively locked shut. We needed to get the car out of the garage the next morning so I called back and talked to Becca about getting someone out sooner. She calmed me down and had Jody come by on his way back from his last assignment. Jody was friendly, professional, and efficient. He replaced the spring, tightened the nuts, lubricated the hinges and rollers, and reconnected the cables. After all that, he cleaned up his work area and left us in a cheerful mood. It was wonderful doing business with them."
