"I spoke with the owner at 2:30 in the afternoon and he was here for an estimate at 5pm. We booked an appointment for a new furnace that day. We had problems with the old furnace and the owner worked on it, attempting to replicate the problem. A Tech was sent out the next morning (free of charge) to get us through until the new furnace was installed 6 days later. Everyone we dealt with was VERY knowledgeable, explained each step to us, were expedient and very thorough. Pricing was excellent. This company will be the only company we call for ANY HVAC work. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"They came out and looked over the A/C unit. I told him it makes a very loud banging when it starts up and that the company who installed it told us that was normal and it was working fine. Once he was done cleaning the unit, he went to restart it and it tripped the breaker. So he took it apart and found that when it was installed, someone had pinched a wire, cutting the insulation and causing it to short out on the frame of the A/C unit. He fixed that, reassembled the unit and restarted it. It's still a loud start, but not nearly as loud as it was. He informed me that our A/C is a builder grade model and unfortunately it's not the best on the market so it's going to be louder than we would like. Once he was done working on the A/C, he came in and took a look at our furnace to make sure it wasn't hooked up wrong also. Definitely will be calling on Faithful again."
