"On extremely short notice, James and his team were onsite and were very efficient in the performance of the work. Even though they had a 20-point inspection and cleaning list to do for a small flat fee, they were meticulous and did not rush anything. In fact, when it came to monitoring refrigerant levels, James took several readings to establish correct information. At all times, James took the time to explain his work and process, answering my many questions politely and professionally. Faced with a possible expensive repair, James did troubleshooting to establish that it was a faulty part. Instead of trying to get me to pay him for the part and repair, he advised me that the part was still under warranty and to contact the people who installed it. That showed me both his character and his skill in his craft. James provided me with advice that saved us money in both short and long term, and i highly recommend him."

"Very courteous, prompt, and professional. Would definitely recommend this company with no reservations."

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"They salesman and the workers were very courteous and thorough. We would definately use them again."

"Mike and Crystal were very professional from the first phone contact through the completion of the work. They showed up on time, their work was neat and they worked very efficiently. My windows were in pretty bad shape. They really took their time and prepped them very well which showed in the finished product. When asked to redo or touch up anything it was done without question. In the end we received a very good paint job on a timely basis and at a competitive price. I have already recommended Mike's Painting to others in my neighborhood and would use him again for future painting needs.

Mr. Moorer found several parts that needed to be replaced in both units, and I was happy to pay for parts and labor to the tune of $1300 rather than buy an entire new unit. I was very pleased with Mr. Moorer's knowledge, work ethic, and professionalism. I have also placed my units on the annual maintenance program that they offer.

"It went great. Nice guys and great service. They can do whatever you need"

"The water heater in my rental property gave up after "only" 25 years! I almost called Lowe's in New Bern (rental is in Oriental), but they didn't carry Rheems, only Whirlpools and another brand Consumer Reports doesn't rate very highly. After getting several estimates, I chose Scott. They had the 60 gallon model I wanted, came on time the very next day, were quick and professional, and in about two hours I had a new electric water heater w/PEX hookups. They carted away the old, rusted tank, and I now have happy tenants. Thanks, Scott."

"It went very well. He was punctual. He looked over the unit. Explained the problem and what it would take to fix the cooling unit. He went over pricing with me and even gave me the opportunity to look at competitors prices. Mr. Davis had my unit fixed same day. He was kind, courteous, very knowledgeable. Being a single woman home owner its important to know your not being taken advantage of. Mr.Davis provided an excellent service. I would 100% use him. again."
