David answered the phone when I called and was able to get someone out the next afternoon (no easy feat, every other company I called told me it would be a month or more before they could come out!) And it's not because this is not a busy company, his phone was ringing off the hook! He just understood how important it was to get someone out soon and made it happen for me. I expected to have to clean up after the electrician was done, but I could not have been more wrong! The electrician completely cleaned up after himself and left everything as neat as a pin. "It went very well. The electrician, Danny, was excellent. When an opening in his schedule became available a day earlier than our planned appointment, he called to see if I wanted to take it. I found it much more convenient. As the company had requested, I had ordered and purchased the "fan" in advance. It was composed of parts that fit into the existing fan housing. Danny installed it, but found that style produced a rattling vibration which I did not want. He suggested a style that would perform better and cost only a little more. It included both the interior and exterior parts and dropped down from the roof into the attic. Although it was late in the day and extremely hot, he went to the hardware store, found the new type, and installed it. The cost of the job included the service and the new fan. He helped me pack up the other fan for return to the supplier and also gave me free advice about some unrelated wiring in the attic that was not up to code and would not pass inspection, if I had one in the future. The new fan has a thermostat and is working well."

He was on time, polite, did an excellent job and even offered to tighten up some of my outside outlets. I will definitely call them again!"

Wes arrived for a same day estimate on a rainy day.  Arrived the next day to do the work.
This included deck platform repair that had a whole punched in it from a fallen tree.  I also had overhead storage racks to be installed in a garage.  He and his assistant both too great care in the installation and explaining additional options if I need more storage.
Very professional at a very reasonable price.  I will definitely use him again!

"First and foremost I must start this review by saying if you are looking for electrical work in your home you can stop your search now because Mr. Electric is the guy to use. I have had great experiences with people coming to my home before but Brian absolutely blew them all away with his top notch service. He is by far the most professional, curtious, friendly, honest, and hard working individual that I have ever used for work in my home. I left Brian a message after discovering an electrical issue in my home and not only did I get a call back within 15 minutes but due to an opening in his schedule he told me he could be at my home to diagnose my issue in 30 minutes!!! This was huge for me because I was worried my issue might be a fire hazard. After arriving and inspecting my home Brian not only diagnosed the issue he actually took me and showed me where my issue was coming from as well as showing me what it was doing and explaining why it was happening. Per my request he also inspected the rest of my home as well as under my house to see if I had any other issues. After his inspection we sat down and went over everything and he broke it down into things he thought I really needed and recommendations that I might want to do even if it was later on down the road. I want to make it’s very clear that he DID NOT ever act like a pushy sales person or try to over sell anything to me that I didn’t want to get done at that time. He layed everything out and gave a detailed explanation on why he thought each was a necessity or a recommendation plus gave me all my options and simply let me make my own choice based on his expert knowledge. I ended up choosing 3 things that I agreed needed to be done. When he came back (just 2 days later) to do the work I could not be happier with how things look and the quality of work!! MOST IMPORTANTLY above the already excellent service when he went to complete some work in the attic that he discovered during the inspection (that was not up to code and was a fire hazard) he was able to use just half the parts he thought he was going to need. Even though I had to agree to pay a specific price and I would have been none the wiser he told me that he didn’t have to use all the parts and cut my total bill by $140. That is honesty and good character at its finest. I would not only recommend Brian to friends and family but if I heard a complete stranger mention needing an electrician I would go out of my way just to recommend him. Thank you for the great experience Brian!! I will definitely use you for all my electrical needs now and in the future."

"I called this afternoon, left a message, and received an immediate call back.
I explained that we needed a bath exhaust fan replaced.
He asked if I wanted a basic replacement that would run around $50 plus labor, or something nicer.
I opted for the basic model, as this is a spare bath.
He offered to send a workman out immediately.
My mistake was not asking for an estimate, or at least asking what the labor charge would be.
The workman, Mike, came as promised, with the basic model fan in tow. He had to do a little fitting work, but in just over an hour, the work was done, and all was cleaned up.  
He came in with an un-itemized bill, and said, "I called Mike, and he said $295.00"  I was a little surprised, but wrote him a check.
As I said, I should have asked what the labor charge would be, never dreaming that he would charge $200 an hour!
I doubled checked the model of fan I got, which was indeed around $50.
So it was an expensive lesson for me. Won't use this company again.

UPDATE: Because we were so upset by the very high price, we called Mr Cole the day after we wrote this review.
He promised to check with his workman and call us back the next day.
Well, almost two weeks later, and a follow email from us, we have heard nothing.
And he cashed the check.

Well, he got his money, but no more business from us, or our neighbors!"
