On the exterior there were several pieces of siding that had to be replaced, windowsills that had rotted and wood trim that rotted, interior trim that had to be replaced and a ceiling that had to be repaired after a heat pump leak. John provided a written estimate after our review and the estimate was extremely reasonable. We scheduled the work and he arrived on the date and time he promised. He and his team got right to work and all were extremely personable yet very professional. I couldn't be happier with the work that he did. You can't see any difference in the replaced siding and he matched all the paint perfectly. The interior work was absolutely flawless.
