The technician called when he was at my residence and not the 30 minutes before arrival as they promised, but he was there on time as scheduled. I asked the technician how much to replace the bottom 2 rollers and he replied $100. I didn't think this was a good or fair discount but gave my approval fearing it would cost more to hire someone else to finish the job. After the technician left, I noticed some debris from the repair behind my car. I had to sweep it up. Out of curiosity, I called JW Home Improvement on Angies List Monday (9/29) which has garage door roller replacement deal as well but for $99.
