"Yes he explained why electricity bill was higher than normal and how to reduce it!"

"Wonderful experience. They were willing to give us discounts and they were not going for the highest unit possible and they could. They went with what fit our needs and budget. They have a wonderful staff. Everything was good overall."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"John Hooks was very professional and courteous. He is very knowledgeable and got my unit running. Thank you for coming out today. I appreciate it very much. I will recommended you to other people that require work to be done in their house. I will call on you for all my repairs from this day forward. Thanks, Sandra Hunt"

"Great customer service and knowledgeable technician. Would highly recommend to anyone needing quality HVAC work."

"Mr. Lewis was very accommodating of my schedule.  He provided service on a Saturday even though he did not have Saturday hours.  There was a service I requested that he was not certain how to proceed.  He returned on Sunday to obtain some identifying info from my heating unit and then he said he would do some research on how the service could be done.  Mr. Lewis was very good about explaining what he was doing and the pros and cons of my options.
I would use him again without reservation.

"Hallâ s came out to give me a second opinion and spent significant time diagnosing the issue which gave me confidence in the repair proposal. In addition it saved me $1675 from the previous repair quote I had received from a different HVAC Contractor who charged me $175 for his 30 minute diagnosis which was incorrect and admittedly based on a hunch. So if I listened to him I would have been out $2175 and still have had the issue he was hired to fix. Hallâ s was excellent to work with and very communicative throughout the project. They even followed up a week later to make sure everything was working properly. It is hard to find someone you can trust and I cannot recommend them enough."

"Mike was professional & friendly which is hard to find these days from companies. Thanks Mike!"
