"Customer since 2016. Technicians are great. Typically my experience has been 5 stars as I love(d) the responsiveness and that they send you a photo of the person showing up. Today, totally different story. I had a genuine concern and the woman on the phone for Service/Customer Support was incredibly combative. She refused to slow down and hear me out when I was actually saying the same thing she was. She really didn't care about the direction the call was taking and it was obvious she was standing firm on a useless argument. I'm no huge customer, but I am/was supporting a local business since 2016; today's encounter not only makes me hesitant to ever use them again, but moreso hesitant to endorse to neighbors and friends. Then again, it's Monday; maybe she's just having a bad day."

"Panda provides us with superb, topnotch service in every way. They are so responsive, do first-rate work, and their prices are reasonable. When we needed a new blower for an existing A/C system in our new apartment, they found the most appropriate component, quoted a highly competitive price and did the installation in a tricky area without saying a word about the challenge. When there was a leak in a different section of the existing system, they came right away even though it was at the height of a heat wave. "TLDR: safe, thorough, educational. 10/10 would call again. - My in-unit residential heater has been rattling and the filter light has been going off since I moved in (2 years). I've taken it apart (as much as I could) to do superficial cleanings, but to be safe I asked my landlord if I could find a Rinnai-certified technician to complete a professional servicing. I found Mazgan on Google and chose them due to their 4.7 rating. My landlord's initial concerns with outsourcing from the super was that companies tend to tack on hidden fees/charges. Mazgan did not do this. In advance of our appointment, Mazgan assured me that they were only booking me for a professional servicing appointment (which included opening up the unit, completing a comprehensive cleaning, and diagnostic), and that any issues found would not be addressed in that appointment but rather a 2nd appointment would be recommended if necessary. Thankfully, nothing was wrong with the unit (besides the fact that it has literally never been cleaned 🙃). Zaki, the technician, was extremely thorough. He cleaned the unit for nearly 2 hours, was very quiet and gave me a heads up when something would be noisy (which enabled me to work-from-home in peace), showed me photos of how clogged the vents were with dust/grime, and provided a lengthly and clear explanation of how the machine works and the importance of cleaning/how accidents can happen if not. They showed up when they said, charged what they said, and completed what they said. First things I did once Zaki left were to save Mazgan's number, purchase a carbon monoxide detector, and leave this review."
