"They said it would take 2 days and I didn't believe it, but indeed it was done in about 1 and 1/2 days. They dug up the concrete around the basement, removed the debris, filled it back up when they were done and cleaned up. The workers were so fast. Dominick who answered all our calls and emails, did the site visits and estimates was a saint and easy to work especially with the permit fiasco we went through. I'm confident we will not experience flooding.

I purchased the garbage disposal at Home Depot and they installed it for me with no problem.

I purchased a faucet at a garage sale and they were able to add the missing part to get the faucet to function properly and to install it.

 

Pete (plumber) and Jason (owner) actually arrived early, came in, started the job and got it completed in no time. I was very pleased with their promptness, their work and their reliability. I also received a nice follow-up letter from Jason which was a pleasant surprise. I actually saw Jason today so that he could give me an estimate on another job I need handled.

"At the end of the inspection I was positive that I was not going to use him. He gave me like a huge laundry list of things that needed to be done. After he was finished he said that it would cost me $15000. There was no way all of this going be $15000. It was like these little things he tarried about because he wanted to get paid as the coupons were so cheap. He had no suggestions about minimum cost. The thing about him was he did not give us any options, everything he gave was for us to do things. There are always levels of priority and I did not get anything at all from him."
