This caused about a 60 minutes of extra time for the technician to search around for the part and then go pick it up. We had John come out and take a look and he told us he could do the same work for almost $800.00 less! I can't say I didn't have some trepidation. First, just how is it possible to do so much less work than we were told would be necessary (we had 2 water heaters. Neither of which worked after nearly 20 years, that had to be removed first to make room). And, for so much less. Emanuel Brothers were so perplexed by our situation that they had to call the boss to come out and explain everything to us. But, John had this "no problem" kinda attitude. Both refreshing and disconcerting. But, in just a couple of hours he had not only delivered a new water heater, he had the other 2 removed and the new one installed. And its been working flawlessly.
