"Being an electrician first, he put many new outlets in my house and fixed dead outlets. He also ordered and picked up special electrical parts to fix my outlet box. Moving into a new house, I also needed many handyman type things done including: new locks and door knobs put on several doors, ceiling fan installed, multiple flat screens hung on walls and many large and small pictures hung. I like the fact that their prompt response, if you have a problem, like if you have a heating or air conditioning problem, they're right on it. And Actually if you call before the cut off at 10 PM, they come that night. After 10 PM, they have to come out the next day. Our problem was at 10:30 at night, we realized it wasn't blowing cold air. If we had called a little earlier, they would have came right out. They have enough people to service problems, which is nice, instead of having just one guy. I think they're prices are great, I just don't remember exactly what we paid for the unit. I wouldn't have used them to begin with if they didn't have a good price."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
