The audit took close to 5 hours and then the machine that they used worked for additional 2 plus hours. After that was completed, we saw clearly that the problem was the windows and the HVAC. "There are really two companies of regard Verengo and Sunrun.    Regarding Costs: Remember this is a lease ~$40,000 over 20 years!  It is expensive compared to a self-installation. Total equipment costs are < $20,000.  For the do-it-yourselfer you could save a lot of $'s but you must be prepared to continually monitor an repair the system you install.  You must also be prepared to pass inspection by the Electric Company and be permitted to sell back your excess power.  You also reap the government incentives.  With  this lease system all the government incentives are earned by Sunrun. After a year the DC-AC power converter failed.  Sunrun replaced it immediately.  This is the advantage of a lease.  Any equipment malfunction is taken care of immediately.
