"The job was finished quickly and the construction debris was cleaned up. The basement was cleaner than when he showed up. The next time we had a major rain I got some water in the basement again. Steve came back as soon as it was convenient for me. No problems since then. His guarantee was real, there was no charge for rhe come-back.
I will be calling to have Steve come back to expand the drainage system when I have other work done that exposes another section of the basement.

We had a miscommunication on the time-frame for the appraisal, but as soon as he got here he was pleasant, measured the work area, addressed my questions and gave me a quote on the spot. This was one of three well-rated companies that I contacted - one only emailed me back once and the other came in at about $800 higher. Note that this work did not include removing old materials that had to be pulled up(old railroad ties and paver stones) but that was not a concern for me. They were able to complete the work within less than a week of my signing the contract, came early on a Monday morning and managed to finish in one day. The team consisted of the owner, his son and a worker, so I felt confident that the work was being done as promised. The patio looks great - basic and what I requested.  They even moved fill dirt and some pavers to cover our drainage pipe to look neater. They let me know that the neighbor's gutter was directing water right into our yard and made attempts to compensate for it. I look forward to enjoying it this summer and would recommend them.

"It went extremely well! They were punctual, hardworking and professional. It was necessary to dig up my neighbor's landscaping, so they were very careful to disturb only what was necessary and to restore everything to its original condition. They even replaced her broken underground downspout extension (which was draining into my basement!) without comment or additional charge. When my neighbor accused them of causing a problem, MJ was quick to respond and the team on-site made a point of apologizing to her in person. I don't think MJ caused the problem, so I was very impressed that they "went high" to investigate the matter and, as I said, apologize for the inconvenience she felt she suffered. The work they did inside to remove mold and seal the wall was thorough and neat. The gentleman doing the work cleaned up everything and took all of his equipment and trash with him. his is especially important since he was working with strong chemicals. My contact in the office was prompt to address anything I threw her way. It was easy to make payments online. Best of all - no sign of water in the basement since they were here!!"

"Hired to redo wood floors, install tile floor and paint the house because they were a good price and said they could get the job done in the specified time frame. Fantastic job on both flooring jobs! Both the wood floor and and tile look amazing. Huge disappointment on the painting. There are obvious areas where the paint was dripping, sloppily applied and where it was taped. It has now been 7 months since the painting was completed and the paint is chipping. It is clear they did not properly prep the walls and ceiling. For example, there had been a leak in the roof before we bought the house and we asked them to fix and paint the ceiling after the new roof was installed. Where the leak was has already cracked!! It is clear they simply painted over the damaged area and did nothing to remedy the crack."
