"I contracted with Grant Heating & Cooling Inc. to install HVAC system in my home in the spring of 2024. They were very professional and did a very good job. In the winter of 2025 I had a minor problem with one of the Mitsubishi heat pump system units. The company was quick to troubleshoot the situation. The technicians were courteous, knowledgeable about the system and thorough. It required several visits to diagnose the problem and fix it. The manager, Nick was very responsive to the situation which required bringing out an expert from Mitsubishi. All of this work was covered under my warranty. The problem was fixed and I could not speak highly enough about the company’s policies and customer service. I would highly recommend them for all facets of their work and standing behind their installations. I am very happy to be working with them for my continued maintenance. I needed main floorâ s central AC replaced. A friend recommended me to Eric. I texted him and he responded with a few hours. setting up an appointment was fast and easy. Eric was knowledgeable and timely. My job was extremely difficult based on the location of my air handler and there was a high chance the ceiling would need to be opened for access. When Eric arrived for the job he inspected further and said he was going to try not to have to open the ceiling for access. He and his crew went well beyond what anybody else would have done and meticulously dismantled the old air handler piece by piece. It was time consuming, difficult and energy consuming. But they were able to do and saved me from having a gaping hole in my ceiling. They did an excellent job setting up the new air handler in the same location and even fixed errors the previous installer had made! The entire crew were highly professional, courteous and clean. They put down drop cloths everywhere and cleaned up everything when they were done. I highly, highly, and without reservation, recommend Eric and Just Rite HVAC and will tell anybody I know about them."

Spend couple of hours day two without any resolution . Today I hired a licensed installed and he came and fix the problem within 3 hrs . I wasted 2 half day of my time and also $365"
