"Overall experience was favorable and pleasant. They were able to quickly assess what was wrong and repair the problem. I highly recommend them!! I used Sure-Fire again on Dec 12, 2017 to resolve an issue with my new Nest Thermostats. They were able to come in and install a Common Power Sharing Wire and resolve my problem. This is the second time I have used them in less than two months. I would highly recommend them!! Courteous and Professional!!!"

and did not charge for it. I could not have asked for a better response or better service.

"Repairman, Andrew, came and located the problem. The ignitor had burned out, so the burners would not light. Andrew did not have the part in his truck but was able to fit in a used part from another furnace to give me heat until he got the other part. I got a call the next day and scheduled a time to put in the exact part. Again, repairman was within the stated time window. Heat working well."

"Lance was great. He worked around my schedule and provided several suggestions to make my basement more comfortable. He worked with us on the price and installed a mini split system professionally without incident. I would definitely recommend Lance for his honesty, affordability, and advanced level of HVAC knowledge."

"It went very well!! The steam cleaning really gets rid of all the dust, grime and dirt that accumulates over time. It gets into all the nooks and crannies that you would need a toothbrush or toothpick to get clean. I feel like my house has never been this clean, and floors have never been this shiny. I would highly recommend them - extremely professional and takes pride in their work."

"John was right on time, knew his business, did the install in a timely fashion, and the price quoted over the phone was the price we paid. Very happy with the work performed and would recommend and use again."
