"The reason I gave a C grade on promptness was because the first time I scheduled it rained very hard in the a.m. and it was already an hour past when they were supposed to arrive before I called them and canceled for that day and re-scheduled for another. Worked out good the 2nd time around and he arrived at the last 1/2 hour of our two-hour window. The serviceman pointed out something with the a/c unit that needed to be replaced and I was in agreement.
