"Had central ac unit for 21 years and scheduled consultation with Tony Pelligrino from Vaughan for Wednesday to spec & price new unit.  Old unit motor fan quit Tuesday night.  Tony was awesome, but the earliest install was Monday.  It was a rare July humid heat wave and Tony provided us with 2 window units to get us through the weekend.  Now that is customer service and a real lifesaver!  They worked well and we kept cool until Monday.  Crew of Jeff  S. and Mike G. were professional, courteous, quiet and great guys.  Install was flawless and jobsite was immaculate when they were finished at end of day.  I have been a Vaughan customer for years and will remain.  Why go elsewhere? They respond fast and provide reliable professional work and go above and beyond in the customer service department.  Thanks Vaughan! Before the arrival of the repair technician, I received a text that he was on the way that included his name and photo. I thought that was great, since I knew exactly who to expect. The technician was polite and professional. He gave a clear explanation of each of my repair options, and quickly completed the one I chose. The cost was very reasonable for the work that was done. I want to add that I am hearing impaired, and repair technician made extra efforts to make sure I understood everything he told me. He was great! "It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review.
