"LCD readout on the heater did not work and hence I never knew what temp the heater was trying to reach.  Paul offered me the option of a used part at half price or a brand new one at regular price.  I now can set the temp of the water without guessing, and don't have to turn the heater off when the water becomes too warm.  Visiting family is happy.  
I asked Paul about the pool pump as well.  He gave me advice on when to replace it, but did not try to find more work himself, or expense for me.

"I wasn't happy with the initial installation. Heat pump worked great and it was quite, but it was too close to the house. I brought it up with Solar Solutions and they quickly had someone out to move the unit to the proper distance from the house. Great follow-up job!"
