"Technician (Ross) conducted troubleshooting and repair procedures to isolate the reason the Heat Pump was not cooling, and place unit back into operation. Determined defective part and replaced it immediately with part stocked in van. Checked refrigerant and determined that a loss had occurred. Checked inside temp at distribution and return vent.  Added R22 to the unit and retested. Concerned of a refrigerant loss, Ross used a detector and systematically checked the interior air handler and detected a leak in the coil.  He advised of options to consider, including replacement of the coil.  In coordination with the Wooldridge office, he determined the replacement cost of the coil, labor cost and estimated shipping time...if I plan to elect the coil replacement repair option.  For consideration of complete unit replacement he will defer to Wooldridge sales staff.  All work specifics and repair parts are case noted to expedite the repair process.  Ross was an excellent "teacher" and guided me through all of the troubleshooting processes and repair accomplished...giving me confidence in the work accomplished .  Absolutely Professional Technician.
I am monitoring the system and evaluating the course of action to take.

I noticed in our mail thing that we are due for service on our system to keep our warranty up; to do so we are actually going to do a maintenance contract with them  it is about $96 yearly, but they come out and do inspections and everything. The owner is the one who came out and gave us a quote. We had them replace another system which was nor working correctly so the first the thing they did was send someone to inspect the old system to see what were the problems. They fixed it on the spot for free and did not even charge us to come out. They were very nice, courteous and stayed in contact with us the entire time. They were very nice, professional and they got the job done in an efficient manner. They did not charge us an insane amount of money for it. We had a name brand system. It was a well worth investment to have it done right.

"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."
