"Replaced a tank water heater, the door was too narrow so first pitched removing framing with no guarantee that it’d be replaced correctly. I suggested using a smaller sized unit based on a quote from another plumber which is the route we went. They also covered the overage for the additional cost of the smaller sized unit which was nice but if I wasn’t aware of the option I’m not sure what I would have done. They also only sent one person initially so I helped bring the old unit down and the new one up in between trying to work. Also the breaker to the hot water heater was never flipped back so I’m waiting to see how the unit performs now."

Went on Angie s list and found AMS who said they were also booked but would try and squeeze me in at end of day if service calls were short. Called back at 4 PM and said a technician would be over. Martin was the tech and extremely courteous and found the problem. It was the condensation pump and needed to be cleaned of blockage. He was in an done within 35 minutes. Fantastic customer service. Pretty sure I spoke with owner originally so both the owner and technician are 5 star in my book."
