"I have been a customer for a very long time and this scheduled maintenance and dryer vent cleaning was done by Cesar. I have to say he is one very thorough technician and I was very pleased with his inspection and vent cleaning. His service was so different than some of the ones I've had before. I even had one inspector tell me he didn't need to check in my attic which houses one of our two units. Let me tell you about Cesar, he even cleaned up behind my dryer for me. This is something that is rare in customer service. I have my HVAC seasonally maintenanced and never had a inspector be as thorough as him. The pictures he took and explained to me and the one problem he found that no other inspector had found in all this time. I tried to spare him from the attic heat for the repair and have him return on another day in the morning but he didn't mind going back in there to fix the problem for us although it was in the dead heat of the day. I just hope the company sees this review and knows what a good technician they have in Cesar."

"Being a MVP customer was time for Heating/Cooling safety inspections. Kevin Stanley was the HVAC Service Tech assigned to the job. He went over a few issues on our older unit he found during his inspection. I never felt pressured to have the work done and so glad he resolved them on the same day. He definitely went out of his way doing a great job. He explained everything to me that he was doing and also answering all the questions I had. The price was reasonable. It was Friday afternoon and we both agreed the issue was non-urgent so we scheduled an early Monday morning visit. He showed up at 8a sharp as we agreed and he did a thorough check of our AC system. Edmond is very knowledgeable and he explained everything thoroughly. He gave me a couple of suggestions. I’m pretty handy so I’ll try to tackle it myself. He said to just call him if I get stuck and he could either come back out or coach me over the phone. Pricing is reasonable and quality of service is top-notch. "I contacted Bluestar Air Mechanical for a second opinion after an appointment with Air One. I have a Carrier HVAC system, and the Air One technician recommended a complete system replacement, claiming the blower was bad, the furnace control board needed replacing, and that there were other issues. Since replacing the HVAC is a big investment, I wanted to get a second opinion. It was only after comparing the service from Bluestar that I realized Air One may have been pushing for a new system sale or lacked the expertise to properly diagnose and repair the actual problems. Isaac, the technician from Bluestar, spent about an hour thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the issues. He found burnt wiring in the furnace and discovered that the wrong capacitor had been incorrectly installed in the AC. Isaac replaced the burnt wiring in the furnace and the capacitor in the AC. "Horrible company, horrible service, still waiting after 14 days for an update. Claimed they ordered part, then found out they didn’t order the part, then they schedule an appointment and didn’t show up. Dispatch was rude and they didn’t return calls and messages. Same company misdiagnosed my mom’s HVAC system and she ended up getting it replaced only to find it still kept shutting off because it was a gas regulator that was the problem all along."
