"This project was unique in that we had buckling in a particular section of our hardwood flooring. In addition, some moisture was identified under an adjacent section. We replaced the buckling section with ceramic tile “rug” and repaired the adjacent section We were extremely satisfied with Zavala flooring throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable and professional offering sound suggestions and recommendations. The work turned out beautifully."

"D&H Demolition quickly demoed the carpet from my living, dining , and steps to the second floor. Replaced with re- claimed hardwood flooring which resulted in a significant cost savings for me. Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again. "We had an excellent experience with Property Doctor, specifically Jorge and Ricardo. We hired them to regrout and recaulk our showers, which had cracking/missing grout. The space is tight and the tiles are small, but everything looks perfect. The entire process went very smoothly!"

"Porcelite is absolutely the best home improvement contractor by far I have ever hired. The owner and his team are all consummate professionals. It was a pleasure to do business with them!!

"First I would like to say I would NOT HESITATE to hire Miracle Method Surface Restoration from Kensington, MD again. The office receptionist (Margaret) and the two gentlemen that did the cut out and install (Carlos and Luis) were EXCELLENT and I would rate them an "A" in all aspects of their roles in the company. The C responsiveness and C Punctuality related to the following: (1) a prearranged appointment resulted in a no show by the company head (this is not our residence); and (2) the representative that did come the next day did not have any photos of previous work or paperwork to move the project ahead. If it wasn't for Margret in the front office we would not have used this company; however, she went out of her way to get a photo of a cut out, ensured that the proposal was revised for details, and scheduled the work. Like I said in the beginning, I would gladly hire and recommend this company. Just be sure to confirm appointments."

"All fine.  As he explained, stairs cost extra.  Results were fine, not dramatic.  Carpet is not new (I was moving in), so I do not know if it could have come out better.  There were areas he said he could not get clean and it looks dingy on stairs and hallway.

"Job went well on granite install... still wrapping up tile work on backsplash. Installers took time... luckily my husband works from home.. it’s been about 2 weeks."

"It went very well. When removing the old floor tiles, they found considerable damage to the sub floor. Mike showed us ans explained how he would replace it. It required extra labor. Also, when the work was completed, Mike tested the faucet in the new sink and discovered a leak. This was at the end of a 10-hour day. I appreciated the fat that he stayed and made sure the work and Ray did was to our satisfaction. They also custom-fit the vanity for us, which required adding pieces to the sides and the bottom. They are great to work with!"
