I didn't get a lecture about how old my unit was or my slacking on changing the filters. Some guys show up talking about how busy they are and make you feel like you're bothering them with your problem. Not metro Service. Instead he was patient in explaining to me and my son how things worked and what was needed : condenser capacitor, compressor hard start kit and over a lb of coolant. Total quality and cost was absolutely reasonable. When it is time to replace my unit I will surely give Metro Service a call."

"CS on the phone was very professional. The technician that came home was okay but was told by CS that the initial service charge would be waived if a repair was needed. When repair was completed and seemed good, the technician collected, and when asked about application of the discount of $79 service charge, the technician studdered around trying to explain with the bottom line being that was not going to happen.
