I was not home at the time, so my wife communicated with him while I was on the phone. After concluding our conversation and right before leaving, Mr. Geng asked to use my wife's phone under the pretense of showing her a few things. My wife, who has limited English proficiency, allowed him to do so. He had her phone for about a minute. When she received it back, the screen showed a "Thanks for the review" page from Google. My wife navigated back and discovered that Mr. Geng had left himself a five-star review from her phone. He included a comment that is attached in the accompanying photo. This action is a severe invasion of privacy and an act of impersonation. I immediately contacted Mr. Rooter to report the incident and spoke with a manager named Steve. He assured me he would look into the matter, make things right, and call me the following morning. I waited two weeks, calling him daily without a response.
