They sent someone (or a group of people) to the house three times to get it working to my satisfaction. When it wasn't happening, they talked to me and suggested a different furnace that did not have the variable cycling. It was more basic. They came in, removed the one I didn't like and installed a new one. They refunded the difference in price. I loved the new furnace. I have used Kasidonis for plumbing and for heating & cooling. "I had a mini-split AC/Heat unit installed in my second floor bedroom to supplement my central AC. The second floor room is directly under the eaves of the house so wall space was a challenge. The house also has brick facade which added to the challenges. I hired Gorjanc Comfort Services, to install a 24,000 BTU mini-split ductless AC/heat unit and I couldn't be happier. The installation team arrived on time, were professional and friendly and completely cleaned up after themselves to the point of vacuuming the bedroom area where the inside part of the unit was installed. They went over basic operation of the unit answered my questions and were top-notch professionals from start to finish on the project."
