"Due to an unexpected partial flooded basement on a Sunday evening, I sent out requests for service. John was the first one to call and was at our house in just about an hour. He is very prompt and professional, and was able to get the water out of the basement that same night. He then set up 11 dehumidifiers throughout the basement to dry everything out for 3 days. The conclusion was handled very well, and he took "before and after" photos and sent those to the insurance company, and took multiple humidity readings as well. I highly recommend John for his skills, timeliness, and professionalism."

Brian was at my house within a few hours, and worked tirelessly for weeks to dry some very challenging (wood) floors, He was also an incredible guide through the insurance claim process, and a strong advocate with our insurance company. "The work was done on Tuesday, November 17th, 2020. Some equipment was left to dry out the area prior to sealing the floor. On Thursday, November 19th, 2020, someone came out to finish the job. However, some equipment was left behind and I called to have someone come and pick it up. No one came out and I had the equipment in my dining room area for Thanksgiving. To date, Wednesday, December 9th, still no one has picked up the equipment. Could you please send someone out to pick it up? I would like it removed before Christmas. Other than that, a good job was done."
