I was able to initially text, share photos of the problem areas, and talk live directly with the plumber before he even came out, which enabled a more accurate diagnosis and detailed estimate of both time and expense involved. Jan was very knowledgeable, patient with all my questions, and very respectful of our personal space and circumstances (I care for my senior mom, who has advanced dementia).
