All services are billed at an hourly rate unless otherwise agreed. Travel expenses are billable. I am compliant with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and have met the standards of the Ethics Code as set by The Appraisal Foundation and its member organizations. Any specific item or genre with which I am unfamiliar I disclose and can direct you to an appropriate, more qualified resource. For most appraisals we require a 30% deposit and all reports provided are paid in full upon delivery. Appraisals that may be adversarial will be charged by agreement.
