"Very professional company AFS. They came out and leveled a concrete floor that had been poured over foundery sand and was not properly compacted so floor began to settle. They drilled the holes all around the walls and across the floor at specific locations and slowly brought leveled the floor with expanding foam. Concrete piers were positioned in place so the foundation could never move and cause cracks. Very proud of the job they did and it has been a money making rental unit for me. They triple-checked that everything was level and the roof overlay was equal on all sides, and then they drilled my gazebo into concrete. Everyone on the team was friendly and really considerate! Ifa’s team can handle everything—roofing, porch and patio construction, carpentry, drywall, painting, and his brother is an electrician. The price was very reasonable.
