Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. Nevertheless ,Brad and I concurred that replacing the pump now was the wiser choice. He offered to go to his supplier to secure a new pump and return to install it the same day which saved me some money and eliminated redundant work.He returned with a top of the line Liberty and completed the installation the same day which I appreciated. Brad and his partner Jose are very experienced young plumbers and I will definitely use them in handling my future plumbing needs."
