"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. Communicated regular updates throughout the project including when they were held up at the supply house and would be an hour later than promised. Continued to keep us in the loop whenever he found other issues, and completed it all in the 3 days promised (which included fixing additional issues he found as he opened up the pipes) I will definitely be using Overflow again, and I would 100% recommend them. They also were careful to lay down plastic in the house to protect the floors as they moved between the crawl space and working in the bathrooms AND they came in under other bids.
