"I called and was able to speak to someone right away about scheduling the appointment. I was able to schedule the appt. for a few days later when I had the day off. I received a call the day before indicating when the technician was going to arrive, and he arrived during the window of time they provided.
The technician checked the a/c system inside and out, and he cleaned the exterior of the unit with the hose where I had missed it when cleaning. He also provided a lot of information about furnaces because I plan to have a new one installed before Winter. He was very knowledgeable about the differences between the different units, and he didn't try to sell me on any particular one.
The technician (I think his name was Chris) was very polite and professional. He said that he is currently going to college for heating and cooling, so I expect he will only become more knowledgeable as he progresses.

"Paul was great. He thoroughly examined the necessary repairs even discovering a problem that I was having with a strong odor coming from under a bathroom counter. Apparently the installer of my bathroom counter did not seal the pipes properly causing a slow leak and resulting in mold developing under the cabinet. In addition, Paul explained what needed to be done before hand for all repairs, offered options depending on how much you want to spend on materials, took time to listen about my concerns and answer any questions that I had. I will definitely be calling Paul again for all future plumbing issues."
