In short, due to a wide variety of problems related to the <br /> prior installation being done wrong, differing counter top heights on <br /> either side of the new drop-in stove (old one was free standing), <br /> sloping floor, and new stove design affecting installation, there were <br /> multiple problems. They agreed to <br /> return to make some changes to get it right. We ordered another part <br /> and they returned to install if and came up with a solution to improve <br /> the installation which meant a customized solution - and they developed a customized solution, came back <br /> and reinstalled the stove.
