"Bob with Tropic Air & Heat was very punctual, professional, cost effective, and very helpful in determining the system issue. I will use them for future AC & Heat service. Was not able to hire them for the current service due to a warranty issue that due to some weird circumstances could only be completed by the original installer of which I would prefer not to use but it was cost prohibitive to use anyone other than the original installer.
