After he performed those diagnostic pressure tests, he donned his scuba gear and inspected every inch of the surface of the pool and the spa as well as the underwater light. It turned out that we not only had more than one leak in the spa jet lines but there was also a leak in the spa drain. Manny did a great job of explaining how to monitor the pool to confirm that the leaking had been fixed. He gave me his card and assured me that if I was not satisfied, I could call him back. What Cleary did was okay. They were fine. They were good if somebody was looking for some plumber work. The only thing was their price was a little high. I thought they were prompt and courteous.

Things they did:
The dryer vent hose was not secure as the dryer vent tape had dried out. 
so they picked up a replacement dryer vent hose and clamps,
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer vent pipe.
Vacuum cleaned out the dryer filter

Things I did:
Put the washer and dryer on felt sliders to make it easier to move the water and dryer on the tile floor.
Replaced the dryer vent louvers with new ones.
The old ones get brittle after 5 or 10 years in the weather.

Things I still need to do:
put on a new set of Washer hoses."
