"I had used Boston HiFi in the past to do A/V work at my old residence - and everything went super smooth. When I was ready to have some TVs mounted and in-wall speakers installed at my new home - calling Boston HiFi was a no-brainer. The owner (Lee) basically treats his clients like they are friends or family. He's a really nice guy - easy to communicate with - and his crew enjoy doing this stuff for a living. Boston HiFi has access to all the top A/V brands - I decided to purchase 2 60" Samsung TVs and some KEF audio equipment. The prices for the equipment were in line with any discount shops on the Internet. I was concerned about having to cut into a certain wall, but Lee showed me exactly what he proposed to do and after that - I felt confortable. After everything was done - you can't tell that wires are going through the particular wall in question. Fair pricing, great service - easy to work with.

"I came home the Sunday after the 4th of July to find the central fire alarm box in our building beeping and the trouble light was on (this happens every once in a while). I called Markarian, who had installed it, and they told me what to do to silence it until they could come out in the morning. I still couldn't get it to stop beeping so I called and asked if he could come out. He came the Sunday after the 4th at 7:30 pm - he was very nice, patient and accommodating and he made it stop beeping and we made an appointment to check out the entire system in the next couple of weeks."
