"Danny, from HL Bowman, quickly understood the scope of the installation and used his expertise to make the installation seamless. "Boston Standard has been able and equipped to evaluate and diagnose issues with a complicated heating/cooling system in an old Boston home. Scott prepared and took time to describe work quotes that were easy to understand and included options at various price points. Haley proactively scheduled the work and quickly and professionally responded to questions. Installation specialist, Kyle, was always punctual and took ownership of his high-quality work during both diagnosis and repair. I look forward to working with Boston Standard in the future."

"His response was so quick that we could have it fixed very shortly. He completed the work so gently and efficiently. I’d like to ask him again if any plumbing issue happens."

"George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. He and Dave were a pleasure and I really appreciated it and I would absolutely hire them again."

"Chris gave me a very reasonable price to install the laundry in basement . The job was done quickly, inspection passed. I am very happy with his work. I will definitely hire him again!"

"From consultation to finish, Jane and Brandon were very helpful and persistent on their job. Tite they installed are still looking new after 6 years."
