"I purchased the big deal, and I was not let down.  Elly arrived on time, quickly assessed the problems, and worked out the best solutions.  All the work was performed well.  Elly was courteous and professional.

"Anthony Gandolfo gave a very reasonable quote for our bathroom remodel.  He laid out plans clearly and gave us day-to-day updates throughout the process.  The job took a little longer than expected--3.5 weeks as opposed to 2.5 weeks, however there were unexpected delays.
Anthony does beautiful tile work!!  Please be sure that he is the one on the team that does this part of the job, as he is meticulous. He doesn't mind you pointing out any little detail that might need more attention.  The only major problem during the job was a leak that was discovered in a heating line after the ceiling had already been sheet rocked.  Anthony addressed the issue quickly and his plumber was came to the house later that day to eventually fix the issue.
Both bathrooms turned out great!  There was an unresolved plumbing issue in the main bathroom (the shower runs ever so slightly while running a bath), however overall we are very satisfied with how it turned out.  My family would definitely consider hiring Gandolfo Contracting again in the future.

"Andrea and team are the best. This is the second time they did tile work for us. Removing an old backsplash in the kitchen and replacing with new. Took less than 2 days. Their cleanup after each day was impeccable."

"Installation was smooth ..done professionally...clean. Friendly, honest and followed up on Installation to make sure everything was working properly."

"We were most impressed with Mark's efficiency, expertise and the ease with which he explained how the problem occurred, our options, and how to maintain an optimal system going forward. He also let us know we could call him anytime with any issue or question. We don't remember the last time we got such excellent service and recommend him highly!"

"Great job. I had a water leak in my kitchen ceiling that needed to be covered and Ed did a great job. He came Christmas Eve morning to complete the work on less than 24 hours notice!"

"When Frank delivered my cabinet doors and drawers all I could say was "WOW". They came out amazing. My thirty year old cabinets look brand new! I keep getting raves from family and friends who have stopped by. Frank was easy to work with. Arrived on time for our first appointment, went over everything with me and answered my questions. He answered the phone whenever I called him, and responded to emails promptly. I never felt ignored or forgotten. I would definitely not hesitate to use The Refinishing Company again."

"The entire faucet was rusted solid except for the handle. The handle turned fine, but the faucet just leaked. The handle had to be sawed off and the collar ring also had to be sawed off. Claudio and his assistant warned me that cutting the ring could potentially damage the threads and the wall would have to be opened up! That job would have cost 5 times my initial budget. Claudio's steady hand was able to cut the ring without damaging the threads. There was another problem once the ring was off. The new replacement part did not fit. Claudio went out and picked up a part that matched and replaced it. The job did eventually cost more than I had initially budgeted, but there were unanticipated obstacles that Claudio resolved with no aesthetic damage to the bathroom. I would hire again."

"He did an awesome job! I was very pleased and I will definitely use him again."

"Jerremy was truthful and straightforward throughout the process. He diagnosed the valve as the problem and replaced it. Replacement lasted about an hour and fairly priced with warranty lasting through the upcoming winter. Everything works like new again. His dedicated approach makes him one of a few trustworthy plumbers out there. I'll definitely hire him again."
