"Very prompt response in-fact they came the next day. Cal was the licensed plumber who did our work. He was very professional, neat and knew exactly how to fix and prevent future problems from happening. In fact, while he was here two of my neighbors hired him for work on there homes. "Unfortunately I cannot rate their service, the quality of the work or price because they never sent over the estimate. They sent me an email after the walk-through letting me know that several jobs had came up and they were very busy. Apparently too busy to do an estimate and win our business. A little frustrating because we took the time out of our day to go over ideas and discuss options for our kitchen, bathrooms, etc. They even suggested that we go with another contractor if we couldn’t wait. That was over a month ago and we still haven’t heard back."
