Especially when it comes to dry rot and mold damage and drywall repairs and insulation of windows. Needs to hire people to do those jobs and then lets them go. Be careful. He only has his handyman license, not a contractor's license."

Another had springs but no motor. Neither had correct control button. Final team needed to adjust springs put in by first team, but eventually installation completed."
