On the top of this he knows all needy greedy details about pool constructions and could make himself practically any part of this job. This allows him to have a subcontractors who really know their specific job. He also explain us all the special details about the pool - because we did not know anything about it. It is real pleasure to work with him and he is very responsive and attentive to client need. The praise of the swimming pool construction we got from Yavor (Smart Co) was 40% less then from any other big company interviewed on this topic. I was worry initially that we will later have some additional payments coming up alone. But this did not happened and he keep the construction within an initial budget. In addition, I have checked on internet that all equipment he installed us - engines, filter, water purification, pump, etc. are on upper praise edge.... The relatively low praise of pool construction did not come as a result of some equipment cheating but as a result of well organized management and deep knowledge of the pool equipment market. It took time to build the pool with all VA and Fairfax country permits and weather conditions but final project look great and worth all the money and efforts. We strongly recommend Smart management group if you want to have a swimming pool."

"Backyard Ponds is magic. I have a small backyard pond,stream and waterfall that have been
leaking for years. Various workmen had poured concrete into it, slathered mortar
between stones and sprayed special waterfall foam all over the sides of it. My
pond, stream and waterfall continued to leak. Hilary of Backyard Ponds looked at it for a while, moved one
stone and fixed the leak. How did you do that! I yelled. Well after you work on
enough of these things you get an eye for what the problem could be. Then she
vacuumed all the mud that had been clogging the pum , reattached the waterline
and pump that I could never get to stay together, restacked the rocks along the
edge of the stream so they actually sat on top of each other instead of sliding
down at all angles, and added a few strategically placed rocks to hide the pump
and waterline and cover the rubber sides of the stream. She added a regulator to
the water line so I could make the water run fast and slow. And more. I have had
a pond and stream for fifteen years, and many people have worked on it, from
expensive professioanl landscapers to guys I would swear the contractor picked
up off the street corner. The difference in using someone who specializes in
ponds is stunning. Backyard ponds is
magic.

"Happy with pool surface...mini-pebbles with glass beads. Weekly maintenance during pool season since 2016. Paul and his team are professional, courteous, caring, hardworking and kind. Paul even came over on Labor Day weekend when our pump was not working...now that is above and beyond! Paul really cares about his clients and their satisfaction. Prices are fair and comparable. Hristo did everything possible to get the job done. This particular June 2016 was filled with many rain days and made his schedule hectic. He kept me in the loop and was up front and honest about the delay noting vinyl liners must be installed in dry, sunny weather - none of which came for a few weeks.

The job was handled quickly and professionally while his team made several visits to complete the job. During this time we got even more rain but the liner was installed by then and they finished all well within the timeframe.

I write all this because Hristo kept me informed which I appreciated and which has earned him and his team my respect and gratitude.
