"Bradley is very professional and very knowledgeable and on time. He was also able to get started on our house right away when others said it would be weeks. He came prepared with parts and conducted the installation in record time, cleaned the place and was very polite and courteous. The firm/technical for the second repair related to a plumbing problem could not come for 10 days because there were too many jobs before mine. This is the second time that CHOICE Home Warranty has disappointed me with a plumbing request which they should know cannot usually wait for 10 days. I had to cancel the request and pay an outsider to do the job. As I see it, CHOICE HOME WARRANTY is not well suited for plumbing-related requests."
