"I called my fuel company to schedule an annual furnace tune up and was asked if my chimney was cleaned recently. It wasn't so Petro highly recommended calling Guaranteed Home Improvement. I did and spoke with Mark who made an appointment for a service call. Justin arrived promptly and did a thorough inspection of the exterior and interior of the chimney. He provided photos that were helpful as he described the damage in the flue and cautioned about the possibility of carbon monoxide building up inside the chimney. He was very knowledgeable, clear and concise as he explained that inserting a liner would divert smoke and heat from corroding the clay tiles filtering into the house.
