"He was unable to unclog the pipe, He said I needed a complete replum and he would send me an estimate within 24 hours and credit me the $300 I paid and left. One week later I called the office and the woman told me she needed to speak to him and an estimate would be forthcoming. I have not heard from them since then and I hired a handyman on April 5th and he performed the service on the 6th. He used a snake and a hose, completely clearing the pipe."
