"Went fine. Was irritated that the representative completely unlocked the front door, sealed it up behind plastic so I couldn't easily see it, and left it unlocked and even left the outer screen door open/unlocked. If I hadn't consciously opened the plastic containment and checked, my house would have been completely unlocked and vulnerable to burglary."

"We called on a Sunday and we live 90 mins away from them. They showed up in 2 hrs. They are very professional yet personable. They removed all the carpet in the basement, brought in 28 fans to dry the floor and walls. This resulted in saving us so much of our sheetrock. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!"

"Very professional, if I ever need them again they are going to be the first ones I call.."

"We had a great experience with Justin and his crew. Initially we contacted him to replace some 65yr old windows, and he was the only contractor to bring to our attention that we had hail damage on the window wraps, siding, gutters, and roof. His experience really helped us thru the insurance claim process and it ended up being a huge cost savings for us. We were so impressed with his customer service, we decided to have him convert our 1-season porch into a 3-season porch, install tile flooring, replace some doors, and paint the interior and exterior of our home. He listened to our ideas, gave us options and suggestions, and helped create solutions for all of the projects. He's like a fiduciary for home improvement and we relied on his expertise to make some great choices to improve our home."

"It went very well, they worked fast and thoroughly and prioritized areas as I requested."

"Dry Air responded immediately, did exactly what they said they would do (within the time-frame promised), and followed through to make sure work was complete. Employees are professional, friendly and careful not to create any more mess than is necessary when removing paneling, floor tiles and dry wall."
