They went above and beyond by coordinating the installation of several appliances at one time even though the company we purchased from said we couldn't do that. Michelle, the office manager, was wonderfully helpful in the coordination of everything, and their installers, Oakly and Jordan, did an amazing job of installing all the appliances and took the time to explain the operation to us. "I am satisfied with the work that was done.  My only issue is that after purchasing the service, it took 4 or 5 phone calls and over 2 weeks just to get the installation scheduled.  When I called, I was told someone would call me back but it never happened.  On the last call, I was like, "Hey, it's me again... " and finally got on the calendar.  But there was no apology for the inconvenience.  I would much rather give a glowing review.  And again, I have no issues with the work done.  But I was a little disappointed with the customer service.

"They came right away and sucked out 4 inches of water, left a huge dehumidifier and blowers, hauled away my wet stuff, consulted on what could be saved, let me know what to do for insurance, and then came and cleaned the basement (unfinished cement basement) completely with a powerwash. They were responsive, fast, efficient, thorough, professional, sympathetic, and friendly. They worked late into Saturday night, hauled my stuff away on Tuesday, and finished on Friday with the powerwash. I would recommend to anyone.
